Meet Eric David Meeuwsen: a Palm Beach–based hospitality consultant whose three-decade career spans luxury hotels, island retreats, and turnaround projects. After earning a BS in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and rising through diverse operational and executive roles, Eric founded Meeuwsen Hospitality Consulting in 2018. He partners with owners, GMs, and leadership teams to optimize operations through in-depth audits, targeted staff training, F&B concept development, and digital guest experience upgrades. Specializing in pre-opening strategies, Eric helps new properties launch with impact. He contributes to the industry as a mentor with the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association and a guest speaker at local tourism organizations. At home in Palm Beach with his wife and two grown children, Eric pursues boating, fishing, tennis, and collecting vintage travel memorabilia.
